Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every ZICMO order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely happy, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at support@zicmo.com with your order number and reason — we'll reply with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is approved (and, where required, received), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's issued. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the item back.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For lower-value items we may issue your refund without requiring the product to be sent back — we'll let you know when you contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used wood chips and any consumable items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they have shipped. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.

Shipping Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is typically 7–14 business days with tracked shipping.
